I received full refund today. Transaction was May 19, posted on May 28!!😀

My cruise was on March 20, refund form submitted March 15. So relieved! Good luck everyone!

Wow. This is getting annoying. I was so hopeful. Our scheduled cruise was March 20 on Divina, forms filled out March 15. No response!! On another note, we were due to  sail home on Cunard QM2, on April 18, and their refunds are non-existent as well. Upcoming cruises that we have scheduled this Oct/Nov won’t see final payments from me!!

No news on my March 20 cruise refund. Submitted March 15. Checking regularly

Fellow Canadian here as well, and  booked through US TA. Keeping my fingers crossed.
