  1. my March 28th cruise was cancelled and I filled out the refund form on March 24th.  Still no email or refund.  Should I be worried or just keep waiting? ugh
Still waiting as well. Wouldn't it have made sense to do this in chronological order? When folks are finally getting refunds on later cancelled cruises and others have been waiting even longer... doesn't make sense to me.
Waiting for my 3.29 sailing refund as well. Anyone have any luck finding a contact to help? Good luck to us all![emoji1696]

  2. Several people on my roll call For April 19 got their refunds today.  I didn't.  I heard there might be a problem with cards with new expiration dates which mine had.  My TA said it wouldn't matter but I'm a little nervous.

Please keep me posted on your findings as I may have the same problem. TIA

  3. All refunds posted to my account as of yesterday's date (didn't show up until today though). Basically a one week process from the time the FCC's disappeared. It been 60 days since I requested the cruise credit but spa passes and gratuities refunds took over 100 days. Happy it didn't take the 90 days!
Did you receive an email prior to your refund or just the fcc's disapearing? Thanks!

I had to call because the charge was back in November. I told them that NCL cancelled the cruise and offered a full refund but after 7 weeks, I had not received said refund. The claim was for services and/or product not received. They asked for the letter I received on board the ship (we were on a B2B cruise) that states they cancelled the cruise and said they would refund 100% of the fare. I faxed that to them as requested.

They informed me that it could take up to billing cycles to complete the investigation, but during that time no payment or interest would be required. The account has a zero balance so there was no payment or interest anyway.

My bid upgrade was billed to a different credit card (Chase) and they issued a temporary credit and said the same thing about 2 billing cycles.

As soon as the claim is resolved I will cancel the BOA NCL Card. I have no use for it as I will never give NCL another dime.

    Thank you![emoji5]

I just disputed my $5,400 cruise on 3/14/20  that was cancelled on 3/13/20. Not sure about other credit cards, but BOA NCL card gives you 60 days from when you were made aware that NCL was cancelling your cruise.

Hope you are able to get your money back.
Thinking of doing the same with the same card and have a few questions.

What is the process to dispute, what was the reason you stated for the dispute, and how long should it take to receive your money back? TIA
