I am sailing on QM2 on Saturday, December 8th Transatlantic.  On Cunard’s site it says that due to internet improvements on all of their ships, they cannot guarantee what internet packages will be available while on board.  

Has anyone recently returned from a trip on QM2 and can you report on whether or not internet was available?  

If available, was it better or worse than has been reported previously?

I am looking forward to 1804 transatlantic. In November I won’t miss the balcony, and I’m looking forward to the view and feel of the seas from the big windows and being 12th floor at the bow. I’ll feel like the captain!

I’m in 1804 on Nov 5 transatlantic....please do let me know how you like the room...

here is the luggage tag i just got....doesn’t say “suite” but does say “vip”.

we were on grandeur last july 4th and if i recall correctly there were sodas available in a fridge in the suite lounge whenever it was opened.

I booked a JS guaranty on Navigator’s transatlantic cruise Nov 4th. I was assigned room 1804....not sure if I should feel grateful or ripped off....

It was the largest oceanview cabin I've ever had, and it was beautifully appointed. I don't think you'll be dissapointed, nor will you feel the slightest bit uncomfortable hanging out in your room.

With all that said...

I booked a balcony cabin for my coming Disney Wonder cruise in February. It does add a little something special...whether it's worth an extra grand....that's in the eye of the beholder...

In any case, you're bound to enjoy it.
