I do have some good news to report.  Not sure if the IRS rep was mistaken or if the IRS decided to process my return and forget about the Identity verification process.  However I looked at the app this morning and finally it showed that after seven weeks my refund will be deposited in my account on Tuesday.  So go figure.  Maybe it was everyone’s prayers.  If so, a big THANK YOU!

We just did our dining for koningsdam on holiday cruise. We could not do bookings for 24/25/31/and 1. Anyone know why?

We have a tradition. We go to our cabin. Open The safe. Lock up passports/wallets and put our card in lanyards or body wallets. Just got a great one that says KeepCALM AND cruise On.

I use it for everything. Those reward miles are paying for our hotel, flights for next cruise

Every single thing is awesome. We often have them package our dessert to take to the cabin.

On Koningsdam in may for 34 days. Sent all laundry out. Did an amazing job. A huge perk for 4-star - about to be 5 star

We did 34 days in may and now about to board on 12/14 for 32 days. Cannot wait. SEL de Mar. Here we come.

Has anyone else experienced this? Solution ??

We have nearly 300 days and nearly 5-star mariners.

We have three bookings (2 in December and 1 in March). My DH went in to add some restaurant reservations and realized there was nearly 3000.00 difference in pricing for a party of 2 for the December back to back bookings. No $50 might be happen chance but $3000 is real $. We tried customer service with no help. Quite frankly- this is unethical and quite disappointing to very loyal (now stupid) customers.

I agree. Order and try. Some choices are marked but if you ever find something not to your need or taste; just request a replacement. They are delighted to do so. I sometimes order two appetizers and no entree as well.

One more thing. I'm not sure where this negativity is coming from. It's different and of course not everything will be to everyone's liking. I'm beginning to think some folks list their negatives and are booking their cruise on the "dam" ships. Things are different; some things exactly the same. The ship doesn't feel crowded and the art; flowers - are beautiful.

Even some of the "negative" things mentioned were negative to us so.

Our veranda suite is incredibly well designed - less wasted space. And I know someone say they didn't like the tv location. We love it - great moves - live tv - music.

On day 3 of 34. It's hard to not be jumping up and down. Ship gorgeous. Service amazing. Many new food venues. NY Deli & Pizza may beat out the Dive Bar. Last nights dinner at Sel da Mer was amazing too.

Give it a try. My house at home is perfect either so I suspect we will all have different opinions. K-Dam is spacious without being mega. More later.
