If they are my niece and nephew the only other piece of documentation besides the birth certificate would be the PARENT / GUARDIAN CONSENT & RELEASE FORM right?

Has anyone traveled on a cruise recently with children using only birth certificates and photo id's for their children? Were there any problems needing more documents to get off the ship in Roatan? Does it make a difference if you are going on a private excursion?
