By May and June I'm just hoping to be able go to the supermarket and not have to wait on line to get in, not having to wear a scarf around my face, being able to find soap and paper towels in stock and to be able to get a haircut. Travel isn't even on the radar until these things happen.

I agree, 100%.  But dreaming about future cruising helps me get through the day.  Until our world goes back to what we had or better we have to think about the important things in life. Family, Friends, Future.

You should be able to do that.    I recently did the opposite going from a Standard Rate shifting to a Residential Rate.  My agent had to call Celebrity and have them make the changes.

  3. Can Celebrity change my booking from a resident rate to standard rate then apply the FCC received from dispute?  FCC says applicable on individual and group bookings to price of cruise fare only.  Combinable with brochure tariff, early booking rates, and offers extended through our loyalty program.

  4. The reason for the FCC was due to an accident on the ship. It clearly states that is can be transferred with a letter and must be booked on RCCL or Celebrity by Jan 2019. My Travel Agent said she never has seen one like this before and make to make sure that I follow all the rules. Kinda Scary.
