Can I access apps for The Times newspaper BBC Sounds and Jazz FM on basic wifi?
I appreciate it is limited having cruised many times before, but my sister has requested this.
Also is basic still 1 device at a time?

Found the answer to my own question! 3 days for both
Fully Vaccinated (ages 18 years old and above)
At least 14 days past completion of a primary vaccine series and no more than 270 days (9 months) from the date of disembarkation since receiving the last dose of an approved COVID-19 vaccine. A booster dose is required for guests 18 and older if the last COVID-19 vaccine dose in series is older than 9 months (270 days) from the date of disembarkation.

On the Sky in April it was 2 days for Antigen 3 for PCR.
On Regal in July and it states 3 days. Can anybody confirm if I am ok with medically observed antigen within 3 days?

Ok, tried over 5 days, emailed repeatedly, kept on hold for an hour each time then gave up, Today no calls being connected. I have a balance due today but awaiting compensation FCC offered by Sky last month. This needs to be applied. Nobody responds or answers emails. Plus, just got off sky and both tested positive for Covid. (as hundreds of others I suspect) Am I alone in noticing this problem? Live chat link not working from UK
All confidence lost, as my cruise may be cancelled with £500 owing. So my question is, WHAT IS GOING ON AT PRINCESS?

Just replying to my own topic as I now have the answer from a superb Princess rep who knows what she is doing!
You can use the 50% platinum discount on multi or single device plans.
If you buy in advance the discount is added later as obc.
I am furious that I have been given erroneous information from Princess employees, one apparently a manager. I am particularly aggrieved that one of them spoke to me like I was a nuisance and read back to me the notes left when I originally phoned in, suggesting I was wasting her time.
I am grateful for all the expertise here on Cruise Critic where you get the correct answers. ☺️

Thank you. This would be brilliant but as of yesterday 2 princess reps including one alleged manager claim it is only 50% of the single plan! I am so fed up with their lack of real knowledge.

We are platinum and I completely understand the 50% obc refund if I pre pay for my wifi
Here is the problem. I have been told by Princess twice now that we can only buy the single device each to get 50% platinum discount. I want to buy the 4 devices and get my 50%
Not possible I have been told. We each have to buy a single device package to be eligible for the discount. I have read the terms and conditions and see no such stipulation.
I have also been told that I have to pre pay to get the lower $9.99 price so a bit risky to get on board and wait and see.
I would expect Princess to give accurate information and feel let down as a platinum member since I cannot, according to them, benefit from a 4 device deal.
Plus, they do not seem clear about what is being said. I was on the Sky in October and know how great the app can be, but was Princess Plus so this never came up.

Interesting. Definitely an issue with paypal and taking money for past excursion bookings already paid by on board credit. Princess need to acknowledge this error on their system. I had to wait 10 days and battle to get my refund. I have lost faith in the booking system.

Indeed, but this was due to them adding $400 on board credit to the transaction by mistake! Plus, I have had to listen to utter nonsense from most of the customer service team for 24 hours. I have been told, amongst many other inaccuracies
1 You typed in the wrong number ( I did not have the opportunity)
2 You must cancel ALL your excursions and re book ( They have been booked for 6 months)
So a good point, but the demons of the IT world are not to blame this time.

I have lost all confidence with Princess and the only member of their team who actually understood and helped was Katie in the UK!

I have now spent 24 hours trying to solve a Paypal Princess overpayment, still unresolved.
I had to pay for an excursion for me and my husband, $84.95 each total $169,90
Clicked pay by paypal. Nothing happens, Next thing I know they have taken $569.90, an extra $400!
Apparently my excursion was $84.95, my husbands was $484.95!
I have had to speak at length to Princess and Paypal, each blaming each other.
Princess said they would issue a refund but I had to wait 10-15 days,
This is outrageous as it was an unsolicited payment taken in error.
I now see a pending refund on paypal for my excursion $84.95 but not the full amount.
It is a continuing nightmare

Of course marked reservation no upgrade. I will happily move to a sky suite if they need my beds! :) Love luminae, but not keen on concierge.
Lets wait and see, but so far so good and is for March 2020 so lots can happen,

Hi experts
I need some help.
Just booked FV 8183 on the Connie for a 2020 cruise!
Very lucky to get it as just 2 of us.
My question is about the bed in the main bedroom. Is it the same size as the regular beds ( 6 ft approx.) as in the sky suites we usually have. In other words is it the same and can be set up as twin size that is elsewhere, or is it smaller?
I cannot tell from the pictures and hope it is my usual big bed.
Also, can anybody recently off Connie tell be if there any lie flat loungers on the balcony

Has anybody done this new tour post cruise from Port Everglade?
It is code ft79 I believe. I have done many post cruise tours and the baggage always stays on your bus. This one talks of a tour then shuttle so curious to know exactly how this one works with baggage from somebody who has done it. Thanks

Sorry guys, am I missing something here?
I am asking if trolleys/ carts can go on the airtrain within EWR from A to P4 to pick up the hotel shuttle.
I now seem to be finding out about somebody else's problem unrelated to mine.:mad:
