I recently returned from the Symphony and Mohamad was in the Diamond Club.  Excellent service!  We asked for vegetable tempura  and he brought it 2 days in a row!  He really made sure everyone had drinks and were satisfied.

Who will be the Diamond + Concierge on Symphony end of October?

Just left the Brilliance and Fabio was the Diamond Lounge Concierge

Reyno Varkevisser who was a Genie on the Harmony is now on vacation.

Oh no. I am not a fan of Reyno's. We cruised with him on Enchantment 3 times and did not have a good experience with him. We did not sail again on Enchantment until he left. We have the Presidential Family Suite booked on Harmony in January. I was hoping that maybe Sunil from Independence. :(

What did he do that was upsetting to you? Just curious because he has always delivered top notch service to us. This is one of the reasons he was promoted to Genie. Please let me know what issues you had. Thanks.

Back from the 10 day Serenade and at this time in the CL is Gamaliel or Gama who is a strictly by the book person FYI. Very nice when talking with him one on one...we had a great lunch with him.

 

A new Diamond Concierge was coming on this week Dean ? some seemed to know him.

Nice job on this review Claudio! You did more than we did on this cruise and thank heaven for that! We are able to live vicariously through you. Stan and I enjoyed all your pics. He was happy about the one on North Star out to the side of the ship because we never did get to do that.

Just curious to know if the SOS dining room used a different mediterranean menu for this cruise as opposed to other cruises you've taken on Royal Caribbean. Did they still have lobster night? I was told by others who have taken Princess Cruiselines that the menus change for European cruises.
