Have sailed on many NCL cruises but none out of Australia. Both guests in a stateroom do not have to get the soda package. You can no longer bring bottled water aboard but a bottled water package is available or you can purchase it a bottle at a time.Hoping for some help.At the moment I’m trying to not book onboard extras.
So can I purchase once we board
Dining package (for a 7 night cruise I doubt we wil want it by the time we try MDR, buffet, Asian, grill)
Soft drink package (do we both have to get it)
Bottled water.
Mrs Gut wants to know what the shielas were wearing down under freestyle.

We are doing a B2B2B on Princess next February and have the drink package. This will be our first time sailing out of Australia. What local beers will be on board? So excited to see Australia and New Zealand!

Is it safe to drink tap water in Buenos Aires?

I'm booked on the Celebrity cruise to Antarctica this February. There will be 2 of us with a combined 2 large suitcases, 2 medium suitcases and 2 carry-ons. Most of the airport/hotel and hotel/cruise terminal transfers that I've seen restrict each passenger to 1 suitcase and a carry-on. Based on research, I think that I can make http://www.airporttransfersbuenosaires.com, http://www.argentinatransfers.com, or http://www.airportshuttles.com/buenosaires-argentina.php work by booking a larger vehicle. Does anyone have any recent experience with these companies?

I checked with our TA and all 4 reservations are linked. We will see what Princess arranges for us and then call Dine line if needed. Thanks for the info!

We (a group of 8 in 4 cabins) are doing the Ruby's Hawaiian Christmas cruise. When we booked, we received "FREE SPECIALTY DINING FOR 2: On the passenger's behalf, Princess will select a date and time for them to enjoy dinner at a specialty restaurant onboard." Since we have never had a specialty dinner included and have only booked it separately, we have a few questions:
1. Do we pick the venue and time?
2. Can all 8 of us pick the same venue and time?
3. Can we reserve it now or do we have to wait until we are on ship?
Thanks for the help - only 69 days to go. Not that we are excited or anything! http://boards.cruisecritic.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Thanks for the update. I'm sure that we will find lots of other things to do on the sea days.

It has been a few years since I sailed Princess and I'm getting things confused with NCL and Celebrity. :confused:I know that Princess offers wine-tasting opportunities during some sea days but I can't remember if martini-tastings are also an option. We are booked on the Ruby Hawaiian Christmas cruise and it would be nice to have this as an option during sea days.

Can I put up a strand of LED Christmas lights in my cabin? We will be sailing over the holidays and I want to make it festive.

Thanks for the info. It sounds if we check in early and sit in the back of the plane with mom is the middle seat, we should be okay. Now if I could only stop obsessing! I’m definitely not going to be relaxed until the plane lands. This may be our one and only trip on Southwest. :o

We will be on a non-stop that originates here. If I sit by the window and have mom in the middle seat, that would leave the aisle seat open.

I’m cruising out of Fort Lauderdale In December and booked my air tickets through Southwest. I’ve had no experience with them as they just started serving my airport. I had no idea about the customers of size policy until recently.
I’m traveling with my mother. On many, but not all, flights I need an extender. We normally raise the armrest between us and we are fine (flown domestically and to Europe without problems). Will this work on Southwest? We’ve paid to get an early onboard number so we should have no problems getting seats together.
This is whole thing is really getting to me and I wish I had booked flights elsewhere. :(

Loving the blog as we will be doing Australia and New Zealand B2B2B cruises on the Sun Princess in February. Can you confirm your gratuities were included as the Sea Princess is based in Australia? Everything I've read states that but I would like confirmation regarding US passengers.
