Has something changed with Key West? Radiance is showing stops at KW in 2022 and 2023.

Talk about a punch to the gut. My 2020 TP cancelled (understand that), shifted to Quantum TP 2021 now that's cancelled. $100 OBC to rebook my suite on some other sailing is a slap in the face. If they're moving the ship but still doing a TP then at least move my booking, price protect my room, allow me to later decide if I want to cancel or not. Guessing we're about to see a massive price hike on the new October 2021 TP 😞

Bring a few RC ships to San Diego. We'd love to have them in Port 😁

We were told last week after Navigator comes out of drydock it will stay in Tampa doing 4,5 night Caribbean sailings, never leaving the US again

Royal Caribbean is putting Turkey back on 2019 cruise itineraries after suspending service for two years due to security concerns.
Do we think there's any chance they'll restore the stop for 2018? Initially Vision was suppose to stop there in September '18 but was swapped due to security concerns in October '17.

Has anyone been in the studio cabins for Ovation or sister ships, around rooms 7248,50,52 ? It looks like just the port rooms are obstructed, not sure if that's a true obstruction or just inaccurate deck plan. Any info is appreciated.

I booked into Ovation TP 17-night April 20, 2020 (Sydney to Honolulu)

Jewel will transfer to Dubai for a December to March season. The ship will overnight in Dubai and call weekly on Abu Dhabi and at MSC's new private island, Sir Bani Yas, weekly. The ship will alternate with various itineraries on Tuesday, Wednesdays or Thursdays weekly with calls at ports like Khusab and Muscat, OMAN or Bahrain and Doha, Qatar.
I will be cancelling the 2019 Explorer Suez sailing in a second if this holds true. Great ports, ideal for a B2B given the alternating itineraries.

The serenade cruises are open and they are very expensive
Yeah, wow. $3800 for an aft balcony for the 11day.

Have you considered switching to T-Mobile? You can get a month of international roaming for $10/mo. Great coverage in every port that RC stops in. I use to have Verizon but the daily fee became too much to mentally continue paying
-
Book a refundable then later convert it to the nonrefundable rate as it gets to final payment. This gives you the best of both options.
-
Charles Schwab. No foreign conversion fees, refund any ATM fees.

There is tons of privacy on those aft rooms under windjammer. The angle of windjammer is awkward that someone would have to plant their face against the glass to see your balcony railing. Otherwise total privacy

I am not sure if this has been posted yet. Here are the Explorer sailings that go on sale tomorrow. Would Explorer not first just do the Navigator sailings out of Miami, similar to 2018?

Thank you so much for posting this! Just booked the B2B Singapore all the way to Barcelona. Amazing rates too. $5k for a solo for all that in a balcony.

Diego is leaving the fleet for good after this contract is up, will return home to start a new business opportunity
-
Side share, I use to be a Verizon customer but found for $10/mo with a T-Mobile plan I can go to nearly any country and get unlimited data; got tired for the per day / data cap charge Verizon kept taking on my bill
-
I'd pick aft since Adventure balconies are not full glass so you can't see the ocean if you're on the couch or sitting in bed. With aft you can see ocean in the same positions.

I'm curious if this is fleet-wide, are all pools now roped closed after lifeguards get off shift for the night?

Doing Oasis on a TA will be quite different than on a small ship such as Jewel. It'll be an older clientele so don't expect the club to be packed at night but because of the ship there should at least be more possibilities of keeping you entertained during that week at sea

If you're considering the Baltic sailings book the day they're released. I watched my room go from $900/person to $2800/person.

October 2017 sailing from Southampton had lobster tails twice in windjammer. https://1.bp.blogspot.com/-9ipdinAHKyA/WdeE2YVeK1I/AAAAAAACe0w/dE5l1Y7NhNQfHq1dxjrMkpF2D_GWJfYHQCLcBGAs/s1600/45-IMG_4573.JPG

Did you already have an aft? Or were you trying to move your existing reservation?
Was already booked, friend can't go, wanted to modify the booking so it was only my name. Agent said if I left it with one name they would move me out of it.
-
Does that cabin hold more than 2? It may have been a mistake on initial booking allowing it and now they are saving it for more than 2 people.
Designed for 2. They clearly stated if I don't have 2 people in the room I would be moved into a port or starboard cabin.

Cruised in December, could use Tmobile international while in those ports, no problem. Be sure to put it in airplane mode while at sea so as not get charged for ship-to-sea fees, which are not covered by the international plan.
