So who is on for late August 2018 into Sept s cruise director?
Graham Seymour!!

First time on Princess and my understanding is no IC. So where can I get specialty drinks? I bought a coffe card but now wondering if that was useless? Im actually not even a coffee drinker. But wanted good hot chocolate while in Alaska in June. My AZ blood will need a lot of warming up[emoji33] !!
You can also use your coffee card at the Horizon Court (Amuleto Cafe) to get good hot chocolate. They offered full espresso service.

Hi all,
We leave on Tuesday and have just had our tickets. I am Gold and my partner is Black via Status match (but our first MSC cruise)
Where does it say that, if indeed it does, say it on our tickets? Searched and searched, and can't see anything.
I presume it must do somewhere, in order to use priority boarding, etc.
Many thanks!
Yes, your voyager club status will show up on the first page of your cruise ticket packet right next to the guest name and also it shows up on your pre-print luggage tags.
Enjoy and Safe Travel.

I have same problem. Can't get e-ticket after clicking e-ticket request. Then I call MSD hotline and the representative send e-ticket to my email account immediately.
Thanks!! I'll give that a try. I have also emailed my travel agent.
-
why yo request them? don't you print them by yourself from the web?
I requested them thru MSC website. After you have completed the online check in, you can only request your E-tickets and luggage tag 20 days prior to your sailing and will only email them to you and not able to print or download directly from the website.

Hello All
After you have requested to have your e-tickets and luggage tag within the 20 days of your cruise in MSC website. How long does it take to actually receive the email from MSC?
Thank you
-
Try QLS-Quality Limo Service- They have hourly shuttle begins at 8am to FLL for $15 dollars a person and they were on time and have friendly service.
-
Was the Status match submission thru MSC website? And how long was the wait did you receive a response from MSC? Thank you!!

Which dining room(s) are for anytime dining?
Since there is no international cafe, where do you buy specialty coffees?
Many thanks.:)
Anytime Dining- Bordeaux Dining Room on Deck 5
You can get specialty coffee either at La Patisserie on Deck 5 or at the back of the horizon court on Deck 14.
Have a great cruise.

Anyone has a disembarkation schedule that they can share. I would love to see what time does the Royal Caribbean cruise transfer to the Houston airport (IAH or HOU) is schedule as RCL only advised taking their transfer if your flight is schedule to depart on an alternate day. Thank you!!

Abe Hughes has been the Cruise Director since Dec 12th.

Where do you catch the RCCL shuttle bus at EWR?
Terminal B by transportation Desk in Baggage Claim level, there should be a representative standing by between 9am to 11am.
-
can anyone tell me where the best place to park and price in seattle for a cruise and also if any hotels offer free parking there
thanks
Pier 91 in Seattle where Carnival docks have a terminal parking on site and it cost $26.00 per day.

Try ShuttleExpress. They will pick you up at the pier. It can be a share-ride van or a private van, it depends on your price preference.

We are first time Princess cruisers and booked a 10:55 flight out of LAX for our return.
We have always done the self disembark with our luggage on previous cruise lines and typically been off the ship by 8 or 8:30.
When logging our flights in to our princess profile it would not take the 10:55 flight.
Are we going to have an issue? We will be pre-checked in and will grab a cab the moment we are off the ship.
Ruby Princess will be docked on the same day as well. So it depends how many Immigration Officers will be on hand and Taxi will be spread out between 2 ships.

I think the only show you really did need reservations for was the comedy show. Nearly every show during my week was completely, 100% booked by the end of embarkation day.
Are the comedy show the same thru the week?

We are looking at booking a tour on Hilo to the "volcano national park and waterfalls" through hawaiian cruise outlets - has anyone taken that tour?
Thanks
I have taken the tour with Robert Hawaii, one of the big tour operators in Hawaii and their prices are very good compare to NCL excursion. The tour itself was great, great scenery and a stop in Mauna Loa nut factory.

Just home from June 3 Royal sailing. We took a cab from Hotel Maritime near Nyhavn to Ocean Quay to embark and used the princess transfer to the airport when we returned on June 14.
Embark - Since checkout time was 1100, the hotel called a cab for us at 1100. It was about a 20 minute ride to the pier for 184 Dk. We waited in a holding area in the terminal for about 30 minutes and then check in counters opened at 1200. We were among the first on the ship by around 1215.
Disembark - We used a princess transfer. We were first group and were called off the ship as scheduled at 0615. There was almost no traffic and were at the airport around 0700. We claimed our bags at the airport and then checked in to our KLM flight. We had a 10:10 flight and were waiting for the gate to be displayed by 0730.
Very painless both directions.
Good luck
So do you have to claim your bags at the terminal before you hop on the bus? If not how do you know if you bags will made it to the airport.

Our cruise ends at San Pedro Harbor, berth 93 on May 16th. Arrival time @ 7:00 am. Approximately what time should I make reservations to be picked up? Our flight home doesn't leave till 3:10 pm so there is no hurry but don't want to sit in the parking lot at the pier very long. Thank you for your replies.
Usually the latest time to disembrak will be around 10am, if everything is working normal, from Immigration to Luggage delivery. I'll schedule the shuttle around 10, so you can disembrak around 9:30. A supershuttle personnel will be available by the shuttle pick up lane to check you in and notify which van will be yours.

I agreed with the poor satellite reception. Just got off the sapphire too and even the ship is at dock, the signal was terrible and even the ship left dock, the signal contiune to be terrible.
GO HAWKS!!

Great review! Just wanted to say how much I'm enjoying your review as its not often when one from a non carribean route is done to this detail.
Something that did strike me odd was what's the conversion rate HK$ to US$ cause $12 for an oreo mcflurry seams a bit high! :)
HK$ 12 is around $1.54 US, so not bad at all to US pricing
Currency exchange rate is around 1 us dollar equal to $7.75 HK dollar.

Don't know if you booked directly with Princess or with a travel agent, but either way you should have been asked dining room table size preference.
Check with whomever you make the booking with and make sure your request for a table for two is the selected option.
You may or may not get what you requested (depending on earlier demand), but you should make sure what you want is part of the reservation.
Booked with a travle agent and did request a table for 2, so we'll see what happen. Thank you to everyone on their previous expenience.
