One of the cruise critic moderators (LauraS)is working with Carnival to help sort out issues that seem to be the norm.

 

She has left a link to contact her in the event that there are continued problems.

 

There was no event held for our cruise either and there were enough people signed up. We were also on the Legend, so maybe some ships they don't even bother. If that is the case, we should be informed.

thank you for not talking down to me i have been on enough cruises to half way know what is going on maybe they dont think there is enough time on the alaska cruises to do one but would be nice if they told us that up front inted of getting the email saying they are haveing one

just off the legend and did not see the meet and greet ever in the funtimes. was woundering if this is the way it is on all ships or just this one time.

call an ask how they were billed

if you call and book they usualy have more cabins to choose from than what is showen on line and can tell you if there is anything above your room

stayed in one on the magic it was better than a regular int room felt bigger

i think you should get a free cruise for all this good treatment you have gotten!!!!!!!

freedom tryed to leave galveston and is now stuck on a sand bar in the port and can not move

we have had several trips posponed or come in late and have missed ports the most we have ever got was refund port charges and was more than we expected. just happy to be on a vacation

why is it everybody wants wants wants and cant just enjoy there vacation?????????

they have regular hangers and the ones in the closet just ask and they will give u what u want

I'm not overly impressed by the excursions offered by Carnival for these ports. We've never been to the Bahamas, so it will at least be something new. The only negative I see is Key West. Probably just me, but hitting an American town as one of your ports seems a waste of money. But, another place we've never visited...

key west is the best port on this cruise

in feb everybody went in the same door and they split you up inside no seperet door anymore

middle of feb had 10 1030 check in got on at 1230

you can have one and your wife or husband can have one

there are at least 2 dz lanyards on ebay that say carnival

I wonder if you are asking about something I am also curious about...I've been trying to redeem some points, and I keep getting an "error" message. Both on the app and on my computer - anyone else having this issue?

we have used the dry erase and it works just fine
