Just wondering if anyone was cruising on this one and what plans they had for shore excursions.

I have Cruised on Princess 8 times. We have done the SFO/LAX to Hawaii 4 times each was 15 nights All of these were done on the first couple weeks of Dec. A Mexico and Alaska Cruise. Panama Canal Cruise from LAX to Ft. Lauderdale and even done a TransAtlantic from Ft. Lauderdale and ended in Copenhagen. I don't know how many days the free cruise is, but I love longer ones myself. As far as how many gay people are on there, it all depends. One one of the Hawaii cruises there were about 35 couples on that cruise. And one night we had dinner table set up for 13 of us. It was great and we are still in touch with a lot of them today. Great time. We all met at the "Friends of Dorthy" back then which is not the LGBT meeting listed on the patter. They usually list it once or twice and then turn it over to us to set up meeting after that. But this varies from cruise to cruise. Which ever you choose, I hope you enjoy the trip.

We have never done a riverboat cruise up until this coming June. We have booked on Avalon doing a 7 day through France and then being shuttled over and doing a 7 day through Germany. So, all will be new to us. Can fill you in when we return if that isn't too late.
