The mega bus runs from Orlando (colonial and 436) down to Ft Lauderdale (Sheridan st rail station). Leaves 8 and arrives Noon. Its about $15 uber ride from Sheridan to Port Everglades. The bus ride purchased in advance is about $7. I have friends who use the mega bus to Fort Lauderdale and Miami regularly and have no complaints. the Florida express bus has terrible reviews

Has anyone used Red Coach from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale airport and then a cab ride to Port Everglades recently? I'm trying to decide the benefits of riding the bus (1 way) versus putting the miles on my car (450 r/t) I have a ride home after the cruise if needed. Thank you so much!!

This is why I love Cruise critic! Wanted to know if Uber was going to Port Everglades and now I have my answer. Thanks 

A simple sports bottle to filled with ice to take on excursions or to use while lounging by the pool (maybe with a little vanilla vodka and lemonade in it or peach schnapps and iced tea). We also take our walkie-talkies to communicate while we are separated on the ship.
