Very easy. Right next to where the ferries come in is a small harbor where the boats depart for the Blue Grotto. Be aware that you will likely have to get into a smaller boat to actually get in to the grotto -- and will be expected to pay an additional amount for that.
Thank you!

We are also looking at doing Capri on our own, your information has been great. We will be on a cruise in October and would like to see The Blue Grotto, is it easy enough to find once on Capri?

Well after getting nowhere on the phone, I gave in and cancelled my order then sent a email to Celebrity noting my disappointment.
However, received a call from Celebrity tonight in response to my email and they have indicated they will be refunding the difference to me so I will be paying the advertised rate. Woohoo!
Glad to hear you had success, I bought OBC in Australian dollars with a receipt for $360aus but my credit card has been charged $478! Will be emailing them tonight!

First cruise was on the QE2. I have never wanted to cruise, husband always wanted to. Saw a 5 day cruise that went from Bangkok to Phuket, nice and close to shore. Booked it for our anniversary as a surprise. Surprise was I found out I LOVE CRUISING!

We are in Australia and booked through ************* website. We got a great deal on a mini suite priced cheaper than an oceanview, don't know why but it worked out great for us. I spoke with a consultant and asked which cabins were available so was able to choose the one that looked best. Great deal and no hassle in booking. We did not receive any confirmation paperwork though and I contacted the consultant a couple of weeks before departure. He sent me a copy of a confirmation page and said that was all we would need. I have to admit I was a bit worried about getting on and finding out we were not booked but it all worked out beautifully. We went in September and saw the most spectacular display of northern lights.

We have just returned from our fantastic trip on the PG. We did a 3/4 day tour with Patrick (himself) and had a great time. He was considerate of his guests' abilities and helped some to get a bit of confidence in the deep water with the sharks (my favourite part!) before leaving them to their viewing. We did the stingrays, some snorkelling and then lunch on his motu which was a lovely spot. The water is so clear and inviting that we decided to do another trip the following day and just booked with a lady selling tours on the dock. There were only 4 of us on the trip and we were taken out by a husband and wife team and even though they didn't commentate the whole way, they took us to some brilliant spots and we had just as good a day (and cheaper). Unfortunately I can't tell you who they were because I couldn't really remember their names but they are both captains so if you asked the booking agent should be able to tell you who they are.

Thanks for the review rmsfly. We have booked Patrick's for June. Hopefully Patrick also reads these reviews and takes note.

Just to throw another 'liquoricy' thing into the discussion. Have any of you tried Bassetts Liquorice Allsorts - they are yummy - google them:D
Buy them for my Mum each Christmas, she is originally from England and absolutely loves them.

Hi Jacqui
We are on a sailing on the 1st of December, we applied for our visas on the 5th of September and are yet to receive them. I have rung the embassy and they are chasing them up. We still have time but I hope we get them soon.
