We finally got our refund applied to our credit card.  Plus, we got our bonus FCC's and our FCD's back to our credit card.  Our cruise was on April 4, 2020 on Sky Princess.

Our cruise (Cruise date 4/4/2020) was cancelled by Princess 3/9/2020.   We requested Option 2 using their booking compensation request on 3/16/20.  On 3/17/2020 we received their receipt of the form but since the nothing from Princess since then.  Hoping for the best, expecting the worst. 😞

No refund for me either....

April 4 cruise cancelled via phone with Princess rep on 3/9 and they stated refund in 10 days time.  I then filed for same refund on line using Princess's form on 3/17.  Received confirmation of receipt of form from Princess on the same day.  No further response from Princess.  We chose lower value option (1?) for full refund.  Zip, zero, nada from Princess as of today.

I too am concerned about cruise refund.  Princess has a large sum of our money from April 4 cruise they cancelled....cannot help but be nervous.  We've had no paper trail and that's probably what makes me most unsettled....  Called once and was told to be patient. Yikes.

I cancelled 7 day on Sky on April 4.   Resubmitted my request this morning for a refund and finally got a confirmation that Princess received request.  Hopefully request will be processed sooner that later....

I had the same trouble (cancel of 4/4 Sky) - no confirmation after 2 tries several days apart.  I resent form this morning and finally got a confirmation of receipt.  Maybe refund will now be processed.

Submitted on line form for April 4 cruise refund on 3/9.... no response or confirmation yet.  

Sunday, Feb 1 is Super Bowl.  I don't believe there has ever been a formal night on Super Bowl Sunday...…????

jefa:  Our last couple trips on the Regal....no deep fried breaded scallops.  We hunted but to none to be seen.  Even asked chef w hat standing in buffet and he said they had none.  So disappointed.  We had to settle for deep fried breaded shrimp.  Poor us.   We're on the Sky soon, so we'll hope they have the scallops.  

We did the $30 and $20 for the wonderful attention we received on the Regal earlier this year.

App is very buggy...has been...still is.  I just kept trying, often weeks apart.  Finally it accepted my information.  No easy task from this end.  😂

We, also are Elite....nicely stated and totally agree.  We are not ready to make any changes yet - we'll try the Sky and Enchanted and see what happens.  Luv cruise critic.

Once we left out of terminal 21 - parking at the midport garage - and returned to terminal 2.  A few days before disembarkation I went to the passenger services desk and asked if Princess would be providing a shuttle.  They responded in the affirmative and that it was free.  It just made the round trip continuously so we were advised to disembark whenever we wanted and told where to meet the shuttle.  It couldn't have been easier.  In your case, I would just park at terminal 2 and take the shuttle back from terminal 21.

Thank you capriccio - very helpful.  I'll be sure to check at passenger services desk.  Only question left is about timing.  Will shuttles be running when we are allowed to disembark early at 7:30 or so???  Passenger services may or may not have the answer to that question.  Having experienced it, you may know that answer as well...

For our November cruise, we leave out of 2 and return to 21.  Since we drive to FLL, do you suggest I wait at 2 w luggage (we are carry on people) while husband drops auto at 21 and shuttles back to me and boarding?  Where does he find the shuttle?  Is it well marked and near the parking garage?  Will it be there at 9:30 or 10 which is when we usually arrive at terminal 2.

Caribbean Princess stuck on the dock in St Martin....

We had that same room and a balcony dinner in October last year on Caribbean Princess..Divine. We are back her again in two weeks and plan to repeat same. Wondering, however, if you had footstools for your chairs and a round table out there (both of which we did not have)???? Hopefully they have corrected that by now. Thanks in advance for your reply.
