Just returned from 10 days on Radiance of the Seas that included Cartagena.  We took Dora's tour, which was great.  Dora was our guide.  She was very informative.  We saw lots, but never felt rushed.  We also appreciated Emma, Dora's assistant, who helped keep track of everyone, so no one got let behind.  She kept good track of time, and we made it back to the port with plenty of time to spare.

We are booked on this cruise as well.  We were on Radiance years ago and loved it.  

Carnival Valor, Western Caribbean, January, 2006. Upon boarding, one of our suitcases arrived minus a handle. We asked our room steward, Pedro, from Indonesia if he could find something to put around our suitcase to help us carry it. During the cruise the suitcase disappeared, then reappeared with an elaborate rope tie to use as a handle. He had taken it to the ship's carpenter who rigged the get-up!
