OP it can happen. Although not often - I ordered a Long Island while playing in the casino (utilizing my Drinks On Us) and it tasted like a glass of mixer! Bleck😲! Thank goodness there was not an additional cost involved; of course, I would have sent it back if there had been.

On the April 30, 2016, cruise on the Carnival Triumph, I loaded $500 (charged to my Sail & Sign account) into my player bank at a slot machine. A message appeared that I needed 500 points before I was allowed to cash-out. I don't know if this point value is across the board or based on the dollar amount I charged.

Thanks for posting about this! I just read the reviews and looked at the pictures on TripAdvisor and I think it looks great. It will be a nice change to do something other than the beach since we will be doing a beach day in Cozumel.

My kids loved Nachi Cocum in Cozumel mainly because they had a pool right on the beach and swim up bar, good food, etc. Is there anything like this in St. Thomas?
