I had read in previous posts that the ship pulls anchor on these "overnights" so they can open the casino. However, I couldn't find any posts specific to this cruise, but to others involving an overnight (not NCL). If it stays anchored, that would be great!

We are booked on the 5 night NCL Star LA to Cabo w/ an overnight in Cabo cruise. We know the ship pulls anchor the first day of our visit in the evening then returns the next morning. We want to celebrate my mom's as well as my birthday at a restaurant in Cabo that doesn't open until 5 p.m. Does anyone know what time the last tender returns to the ship before the ship pulls anchor the first night?
