We leave this Wed for Miami and sail on Thursday. My husband's suit needs to be hemmed and we have just ran out of time to do it before we go. Does anyone know a tailor in Miami that could possible do an overnight hem job?

We are confirmed for the Chef's Table for Victory and was told it will be on our day at sea which happens to be our last night on the ship. Does anyone know what time they usually do the Chef's Table? I hate to miss the last night in the MDR and want to at least make an appearance to say thank you to our waitstaff.

A few more questions for you brilliant people:

- I see that this sells out a lot so could I be SOL for a Sept 25th sailing?

- Do they provide you tip envelopes for the staff that waits on you that night?

I ordered mine Monday while on the phone with the Carnival Rep (who actually mentioned the deal, sooooo nice!) and got my cards today around 4pm.

Can someone explain how it works as far as putting the certs on your account? I have a final balance due of around $16 and certs of $100. I would like the rest of the $ to sit on our account to use towards the Chef's Table. My final pay date is 7/27 and the rep told me to wait to pay in full until then in case their is a price drop. Do I just add the certs to my online account or do I have to wait till check in?

A few questions about the Chef's Table:

Is this something I can book before we get on the ship? When I called to put my deposit down the lady on the phone mentioned emailing someone to do that but she never provided the email address.

If not is this something that I should pay extra to get on board early so I can book it right away?

What day of the cruise is it normally held on? We are on Victory for a 4 day to Key West and Cozumel.

I know you can't take cameras when you do the behind the scenes tour of the ship but can you have a camera for the kitchen tour part? My husband runs a kitchen for a large nursing home and I think he would really enjoy this.
