I emailed them yesterday and got a response this morning. I put "tour request/info" in the subject box. I'm booked. Loved the quick response. I'm thinking people probably need to put something in the subject box that let's them know it's about booking a tour. It's a small family owned business that gets flooded with emails. I'm sure they have a tough time keeping up with things.

I put "East Side Tour Reservation" in the subject line and received a response back the same day. :) I emailed them back to confirm my reservation and Geno (Intern) replied again so they were quick about it.

I just had my reservation confirmed with Sonny Binns for mid-September! I'm super excited and know that it'll be a GREAT tour since there's been a lot of positive reviews.

Thank you very much to those who took the time to leave feedback because it totally helps with making final decisions for our excursions.

I returned not too long ago from my trip on Carnival Valor (December 2011) and had a blast with Courtney as our tour guide in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
