We are sailing on the Emerald Princess from Valparaiso on Dec. 20, 2017. We will be arriving in Santiago on Dec. 19. I've been trying to make transfer arrangements pretty unsuccessfully. My cousin is unable to travel by bus with her luggage so we are looking to share a van or large taxi with anyone staying in Santiago. We will be staying at the Hotel Plaze San Francisco, Alameda 816, Santiago, Region Metropolitana Chile. I welcome suggestions.
