  1. Traveled to Cuba on the Carnival Paradise and had 20 hours to explore the city of Havana. The tour was in two parts, a 3 hour walking tour of Havana followed by a 3 hour driving tour in a Vintage convertible. We met Hugo in the square across the street from the cruise ship terminal. He was very personable and easy to understand. He gave us an excellent walking tour that included the history of Cuba, Havana, and various buildings in Havana. We learned so much about Cuba. The terrain is rough throughout the city, so definitely wear comfortable walking shoes. The second part of the tour was a 3 hour driving tour. Our driver Sneal - I am sure this is misspelled because he was very difficult to understand. He was very nice, but there was a definite language barrier. He was a safe driver and always helped when we got out of the car. We drove around in a 1950 Red Buick Convertible which was pretty cool until you realized the fumes from the exhaust were coming into the car. Unfortunately, it was raining and we couldn't put the top down in the beginning, but fortunately the rain stopped and we could. This helped dissipate the exhaust smell. We would definitely do this tour again, but maybe request an English speaking guide.
