The Money Bar is a cute restaurant/bar on the shore, not the sand in Cozumel. Beautiful view, haven't snorkeled there, but looked like fun.
Best snorkeling, Roatan, Coconut Tree Divers will give you options, great people!
Have both snorkeled and dove from excursions in Belize, very crowded and reef is gray. The most beautiful water in Belize is not reachable by cruise excursions.

Not sure of availability of DSD, but we dive with the following ops whenever we cruise to their ports. Definitely worth contacting them to check for availability.
Costa Maya: Doctor Dive
Roatan: Coconut Tree Divers
Great people in both places, tell them Irene & Bob sent you!
We always dive with the ship in Belize, too far for really good diving on your own.
No experience with shore diving in Coz, don't think there's much available.

We dove with Pirate Divers a couple of years ago when we cruised to GC. They were accommodating. Haven't been in touch lately, but try Googling them.

We are heading back to the Western Caribbean. DH will dive with the same operators as last year, in most of the ports but need a recommendation for Costa Maya. Any suggestions?
Doctor Dive! Charlie is a great dive master and it's a great shop!

Anyone else have any input? Really don't want to ferry over to St John's. And definitely looking for chance to see some nice fish/coral.
Coki Dive Shop on Coki Beach! Great people, incredible fish~!

Good Day to all,
We will be sailing on the NG Islander on Saturday for the Galapagos. I would greatly appreciate any tips anyone would like to provide.
Right now, I have only 3 specific questions:
- does the ship provide "beach" towels, towels that you bring on expeditions/for dry bags?
- what is in the "Expedition Essentials kit" that is provided in each cabin?
-are you allowed to bring your own wine, water, soda or alcohol on board?
Thank you very much for your help.

Went to Belize in October via the Glory. We were very impressed with the port renovations since our last trip. They now have a covered walkway ( white tenting material, looks lovely) along the water in front of each of the 4 or 5 "terminals". I found this cruise port to be more on par with the other ports on the Western Caribbean itinerary.
We have used Exotic Eco Adventures the last two times we were in Belize. They are a fabulous company with excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. Stacy was our group leader both times and she runs a tight ship. Lots of fun and only $50 a person.!

We have booked a snorkeling with Exotic Eco Adventures. Does anyone know if they provide fins for the snorkelers? We have our own masks & snorkels but prefer not to carry around the fins. Thanks for the help!

Greetings,
Has anyone gone scuba diving in St. Lucia? We are Advanced Open Water certified divers who would like to dive here. Does anyone have any recommendations regarding a dive operator who take cruise ship passengers?
Thank you for your help.
