We cancelled the September 7 cruise and I understand that we are getting FCC for the cruise, but I cannot comprehend why the excursions and transfers are not being credited back to my credit card. We have been on over 70 cruises and have not experienced the lack of customer service we have experienced  with  Viking.  I understand we are experiencing unusual times but if they want to hold on to their customers and get future cruisers they need to change some of their policies.  I had to cancel a cruise last year on Oceania  and got full reimbursement without using insurance.

We are booked on the Jan 15 Antarctica cruise. So excited to cross another item off my bucket list. Anyone else going?  

People eating in main dining room dressed in jeans, sweatshirts and sneakers. Not my idea of elegant casual.

Just got off the Quest and we were fortunately the first guests in the suite. It is fabulous. They did a great job. There were two minor things that should be addressed. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom is too high. It when I told them they immediately supplied me with a table version. Also, there should be an ottoman for the large chair. But anyone who is lucky enough to stay in that suite should have no complaints. We are now spoiled. Thank you Azamara.

I organized a meet and greet on Nautica Bangkok to Rome last March. They were very cooperative, roped off a portion of Horizons, provided bar staff with snacks and soft drinks. We had about 80 cc participants. Very appreciative for the cooperation.

We booked a year ago, we're very happy with stateroom and price. Just got offered a lot of money to downgrade which we did not take.

We are using Siam resorts limo. http://Www.limousine.in.th to transfer from the airport to the ship for the March 31 Bangkok to Rome cruise. They have been very responsive. See you on board.

We have been on over 50 cruises. The only time I got sick was on our Nile cruise in the 80's. I am not germphobic, just careful. Guess I am lucky.

Love the London NY. Also like W Times Sq. If you have an Amex platinum you get great amenities at either hotel.

What cruise will you be on.? If you look at the roll call for your cruise you will find great resources for tour companies and others looking to share tours.

Not true. If you have Virtuoso or other travel consortium benefits you can not combine with AMEX. Cruise line OBC or benefits are different. My TA belongs to Virtuoso and we pick which benefits are better for each cruise.

I bring wire hangers because ships hangers are bulky and take up a lot of space. You can then leave the hangers in the closet. Another suggestion- I take a plastic hanging shoe bag which I hang in the closet. It is great for storing small items. What cruise are you going on? We are veteran Oceania cruisers. Enjoy. :p

Yes. Just go to Internet manager and get your ipad set up. It is very easy and you can then connect anywhere on the ship.

Yes in your cabin. It is the way of the world so if,you want to be part of the world accept it.

We've done it both ways. Twice by land and once by cruise. Definitely recommend land tour to get full safari experience. We are doing Capetown to Singapore next year but have already been to Capetown. You will love the safari.

Agreed. Enough already. Designer jeans with a great top or jacket or Chico's - no contest. I love jeans but my black pants or skirt with the same great top or jacket works. I don't really care what anyone wears as long as they look presentable. I would never wear jeans on a cruise for dinner but I love clothes and do not travel with a carry on only!!

We always get currency from the countries we are visiting from our bank before we leave home. All extra cash stays in the safe. We carry small bills if we are going to use dollars. United Explorer and chase sapphire do not charge transaction fees. We have been all over the world, never used an ATM and never had a problem.

Looking into booking this btb cruise. Been on SILVERSEAS 3'times and love the itinerary. Anyone else interested. This is the only cruise that does 3 nights in Myanmar.

We were there last year on the Seabourn and it was amazing. I got a guide on the internet and he took us to the markets and the amazing mosque and for an incredible lunch. We were also in Dubai on this cruise and I throught that Oman really symbolized the emirates while Dubai reminded me of Las Vegas on steroids. If I can find the name of the guide company I will post it. I did a search of guides in Oman - we were very fortunate!!
