So if the cruise stops in Shanghai for a day as part of an itinerary that begins and ends in a third country - is a visa required?

Fantastic, this is exactly what we need. Thanks!

Hi there,
Our grandparents, both in their 90s, are joining us on our upcoming cruise.
We couldn't book a flight home until 7 pm and as we will disembark by 10 am latest at Port Everglades, looking for some ideas to spend the day before heading to the airport for 5 pm. Our grandparents are mobile but not enough to take shopping for the afternoon.
We are thinking about renting a hotel near FLL for the day so our grandparents can sleep. Anyone have any recommendations? Ideally a hotel with a shuttle to the airport as well.
Thanks!

If reserved in advance online, where/when does one get the Coca-cola cup?
At check-in? In our stateroom?
Thanks!

Fantastic. We're a four top and will give the waiters a headsup. Thanks!

Booking show times for the allure. Can we assume dinner will only take an hour and a half?
Don't want dinner service to run long and then miss the cutoff for reservations at the shows.

Hi hockeyfan:
I had the premium alcohol and my wife had the classic non-alcohol(she does not drink alcohol) and at the MDR, the waiter only used my card and would bring any water that we wanted, always the large size because there were 2 of us.
Great, thanks for the response.

Can one use the premium package to order large bottles of pellegrino for his table in the MDR? Or do they only serve small individual sized bottles of sparking water.

Anyone have experience with Insider Tour (formerly Optima Ltd)?
Following up on this query.
Looking at booking their group tour vs. alla's (pretty much same price).
Saw some great reviews on Tripadvisor for this operator - but barely anything on cruisecritic.
Anyone have any experiences?
