Does anyone know if hand held clothes steamers are allowed? I know that irons are not but considering this just heats up water, I'm thinking these are okay. Thoughts/experiences? Leaving Sunday on HOS.

How about 9270? TIA

"and there were lots of umbrellas for shade, and people-watching for throwing shade"
Idk, why but this tickled me...no it made me lol. Loving your review...Can we get married.....Wait I can't leave Tanya....ok can we have an affair, a fling or maybe some Netflix and Chill while watching the Love Boat? I promise I won't tell anyone. And we can be IT PMs in cruise happy bliss together.

I'm not really sure what the uproar is about. This is only confirming what's been going on for years now. How many times was the old policy actually enforced? Not many from my experiences. I've always seen this kind of 'wear' in the dinning rooms. Whether you are for or against it; it isn't going nowhere. Either get aboard or be labled by some as a prude. Truthfully, this is just another attempt by RCCL to move those who look for the 'traditional' or old school cruising to their 'paid' specialty dining services. Why? Because these are 'usually' the seasoned cruisers who will regularly pay a premium for the nostalgia of old. IMHO of course!

Looking to book our next cruise in Jan after our May cruise on the Oasis. The specials they have going on now is pretty decent for what we need. However, should we wait to book on board to see if it's cheaper? If we book now, will we miss out on any discounts that would normally be given if booking on board? Thoughts?

Im often confused...
Maybe its just me, the guy who appreciated a ham and chicken loaf MRE from time to time!

Nothing like a good 'ol MRE with some tobasco sauce. Cruise ship food has never been the worst to ever cross my taste buds either. Maybe my expectations are too low as well.

Personally, I like Tranquility of the Seas.

Thanks for the replies. Just thought I'd ask. I'll leave it home. Happy sailing!
