I was on the Carnival Ecstasy coming in off a cruise and the fog was so bad we actually had to stay another night onboard. Good for us, but bad for those folks waiting to board that day! There were 52 ships around us waiting to pull in and when we finally got in, we had to dock at some pier way out of the way and they bused people back to the terminal. Crazy day !

So, with the Specialty Coffee Card, it says you can’t use it inside Licensed Starbucks Cafes. So if you can’t use it to get the Starbucks coffee in the Cafe Promenade, where else can you get “Specialty” coffees?

I'll be on the Valor on the 28th, and when checking in online I noticed I had to pick a check in time. I haven't been on Carnival since 2012 so I didn't realize they made this change. Do they really hold you to the time? I normally get there about 10:00am. The earliest check in available was 1:00. Should I really wait till that time to get there or should I still get there early? What is everyone else's experience with this? Thanks!

We are going in January. Supposedly it's the same deck plans, etc. I don't have any problem switching ships, but I hope I get the same stateroom...I picked it on the Liberty.
