what ports have shuttles?

 so far you have posted only Columbia. I do have issues with walking using a scooter on board Thx for posting

And I might add I had an inside cabin, and it would not have fit in.

In response to this scooter problem 1st of all as a scooter user I didn't need a scooter until I injured my back moving luggage and would not have booked an accessible cabin. And scooters are left out at night to be charged and returned very early in the morning. I had no trouble getting by dishes on the scooter and sometimes even the carts. I was able to park the and walk pass it with no problem so I cannot see where walking pass a scooter even with a cane is a problem. I might add without that scooter I would not have been able to maneuver the ship It was a God sent !!!.

Maybe part of the problem with scooters is that people have them and don't have an accessible cabin.  perhaps HAL shouldn't allow scooter unless you have an accessible cabin.  The scooters shouldn't be left in the hall because they are very wide.
