The money bar is GREAT! I've been there twice now, and will go again. I believe your mom will LOVE the view! However, there is not a regular sand beach, with a zero entry into the ocean, it is more like some steep rocks that you have to step off to get in the water, so with a wheelchair, I imagine she will do better enjoying the view from the area where the restaurant/bar is. If others in your group want to snorkel, this is a GREAT place for that as well! My son and I spent HOURS out there enjoying the various sea life. I cant comment on the other place b/c I've never been there.

I am!! I'm in the Monett, MO congregation. We are only 40 miles from the Joplin area that was his so hard this spring with the tornado. My husband went over there on the RBC doing tree work to remove what was left of the trees. We are going on our 2nd cruise in 9 days!! NCL Spirit out of New Orleans.
