We are getting off a transatlantic cruise with 2 suitcases and 2 carryon.
would like to send cruisewear home, instead of lugging around for 2 weeks.
just found parcelabc. Good reviews. If I cut weight to 40# its $170.
I can live with that.

Looking to ship a suitcase home after cruise ends in Lisbon.
we continue on land and dont need/want suitcase hassle.
FedEx Dhl etc waaaay expensive.

Air2Sea will allow you to fly in early, or stay over after cruise.
example- we are doing a transatlantic next april…..just booked detroit-fll 1 day before cruise, return warsaw-detroit 12 days after cruise

if you have an aft cabin you will have great view of Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Straights.
Port side land view & Galata Tower.
Starboard view is Bosphorus Straights and far coast is Asia.
We love Istanbul!

Booked a nearly perfect itinerary Edge Vancouver to Honolulu Sept 20, 2024.
overnights in 3 ports Hilo Kona Lahaina. 1st stop is Astoria (nice, but not Hawaii!)
I wish Astoria was replaced by Kauai, or overnight in Honolulu. Thanks for listening!

Alaska2023 RCI IT dept at it again……if you search for alaska, quantum, june, it gives 2 dates (if you look at itinerary there it shows 1159am arrival) yet if you choose either date then check itinerary there it shows 930am arrival.
Still, why the time change for Sitka?

Shof515…while thats true, the distance from sitka to skagway is at least double the distance to ISP-so they save fuel here. Didnt need to delay sitka arrival, and screw up 3000 peoples plans…..
unless of course they are hiding a propulsion issue again

they dropped skagway and substituted Icy Straight. Ok fine but……
the port of Sitka the day before was changed from 930 arrival to noon! 🤬
All morning excursions (I have 3 private) need cancelled. At this late date there will be NO availability in the afternoon. We’re screwed.
they did extend stay in Sitka from 5pm to 730pm. Doesnt help.
why would rccl change arrival, when previous day is at sea, and changed port is day after?

We did Constellation june 23 ravenna to rome…..ship was at 40%…..crew level way down also. Lots of trainees.

Yes it was on Constellation.
Almost the entire crew was in training, I did not want to get our cabin steward in trouble by going to her boss. Gave her the opportunity to bring it to her boss’s attention herself. Just like the bartender that had to ask how to make a manhattan - I instructed him instead of complaining to superiors.

cabin 8166 bed bugs in sofa.
Did my surfing on couch, got eaten alive. switched to loveseat no problems.pointed out to cabin steward.

Golfinesq stay in Venice! The celebrity transfer was only $59. It left from the Tronchetto at piazzale roma. Water taxi took us directly there.

Lift and shift positive results! We switched 7nt Venice roundtrip on Infinity
for 9nt Venice to Rome on Constellation. 2nts free&$300 less. Happy Camper!

Hilton decided instead of refund for may 2020 stay we are offered future credit, if we do not use by November 2022 they will issue refund. Huge multinational keeps our money 18 months. Little guy loses. Nice.

Fouremco I am planning to drive Hilo to Punaluu Black Sand Beach, stopping at Volcanoes Park on the way. Chain of Craters Road looks interesting too. We are in Hilo 2 days, would do this day 1. Thoughts?
