Does anyone know if the entertainment on the Oasis class ships have been canceled because

entertainment crew have Covid

I’ve booked about 30 cruises with Celebrity and it doesn’t seem to matter if you book online, with captain club, with blue chip club, with agent or a travel agent, their web site is the worst of all cruise companies.   Royal Caribbean president Michael Bayley should fire Lisa Lutoff-Perlo; you would think after all the time off with covid she could get her employees to fix the problems.

I agree, I just want to scream, celebrity's web site is totally unacceptable, seems to be getting worse as they are trying to fix it. Why doesn't the president do something about it. The entire team should be fired! Maybe the president should concentrate on fixing the

web site and not taking a "presidential cruise"

After canceling a back to back with Celebrity Equinox, I received my deposit back in small pieces rather than the $1350 I gave them to hold my reservation. One amount was only $22.82 When questioning all these refunds amounts, Celebrity said that is how they do their accounting, giving so much to each part of the cost of cruising. When I added up all the refund entries with my credit card company, it did total the correct amount. This is a new thing, in the past I have gotten the amount in one total entry. It took me 47 minutes on their help desk to get an answer which was only "that's how we do it." I find this deplorable, I am a Elite Plus in the Captains Club, this is new to me.
