The cruise ship took us in to town we then took the city bus to the train station. We got round trip tickets to florence so we could see the statue of David. On the way back we got off in Pisa....you can buy the bus ticket to the tower for about 3 euros each round trip...then we got back on the train and went back to the ship. You can get the train schedules from online and print them out....Public transportation is very easy in Europe and cheaper than a taxi and you also get the experience......I think our train tickets were like 9 euros each way to florence and back.....you can get off the train and back on with the same ticket

Also sailing with you on the Summit...this will be number 5 on this boat

used Priceline for 3 1/2 star bid 80 dollars and got the Radisson Ambassador Plaza Hotel & Casino San Juan.....stayed there before and very happy with the price....going for 2 nights before my cruise on Jan 11

first time using priceline and got 77 dollar room at Sheraton Old San Juan for 12-3-10 as we leave out on the Summit on the 4th. Thank you priceline saved 100 bucks

We also had 6 people in our party and 8 bags we gave the guy 30 dollars.

We took a cab in Jan in San Juan. Cost is 20 plus 1 dollar per bag. Cabs are plenty when you get off the boat. It takes about 15min with no traffic.
