We are doing a transatlantic cruise in October. We land in Miami and our last port before disembarking is New York. Our best option for our flight home is out of Fort Lauderdale at 12:05. I'm a little anxious. We also walk off the ship with our luggage and plan to take an Uber to the airport. I'm wondering if we will still have to go through customs since we will clear earlier in New York. Has anyone had success with an early flight?

Wondering if it is easy to catch a taxi at this port. We don't want to go to Bangkok as we will do that on our second day but would be interested in the Floating Market at Pattaya. Has anyone done this or have experience with the port? Thanks....

We have always used Norwegian because we like the laid back atmosphere. Now we have lots of perks because we have used them alot so we don't try other lines. NCL is always having a sale. I never book more than about 10 months out and then I watch because if they have a further sale I can rebook for the cheaper price. Our Dec.2023 cruise to SE Asia went down by $500/person last month so now we have more money for excursions.
