  1. There used to be a site where you could look up the staff of all Celebrity ships - Captain, cruise director, etc.  I can’t seem to locate it.   Anybody know where to find it?  I’m specifically looking for the Summit.

Shortly after sending an email to LLP I got a call from the executive office.  This morning it was straightened out and they are looking into why it happened.  She apologized and gave some OBC for an upcoming cruise.

Could you please share the email address for LLP?  I called Celebrity on Sunday about the issue that my husbands info is in someone  else’s reservation and it still hasn’t been fixed.  Got another email today to book excursions for a cruise that we aren’t going on.  I looked on his account and it’s on there with another woman’s name.  My guess is that she has access to all his info.  This worries me as we are leaving Monday on a cruise and I’m concerned that somehow our reservation is going to get messed up.  😊

  3. I have a similar story.  We received an email today that our Celebrity Summit cruise for May is eligible for an upgrade.  The only problem is that we don’t have a cruise booked on the Summit in May.  I called Celebrity and was on the phone for almost an hour with a rep.  He told me that the guest has the same name but they must have linked it to my husbands account by mistake and told me that I needed to call this persons travel agent and get this resolved.  I explained that it was an error in the part of Celebrity and the travel agent and I did the right thing by making them aware. The ball was now in their court to figure it out.  Rep insisted that  it was up to me to fix it. so I asked to speak to a supervisor.  The supervisor said

that she can cancel.  I told her not to cancel someone’s reservation on them - they need to figure it out and fix it.  She told me that she would call the travel agent and take care of it.  This concerns me that I actually could have cancelled someone’s reservation.  What if this happened to someone else and the person said to just cancel?

  4. I was on the Summit in April and took a cab to the Marriott. We booked a stand-up paddle boarding lesson with Adventure Center prior to the cruise and had full use of the facility for the entire time we were there. If you decide to do this, please keep in mind that you need to check in prior to heading down to the beach - which is a far walk. Leave plenty of time to get there (at least 20 minutes).

  5. I have two cabins booked for my family for an upcoming cruise and am receiving $750 OBC per cabin. $250 is refundable, but $500 is non-refundable (meaning $1,000 total). We already have prepaid gratuities, beverage package and specialty dining. I have no desire to go to the spa. I've heard conflicting info on going to the casino and charging to your on board account to get the cash. I understand that they charge 5%, but I've recently heard that they no longer allow that. Has anybody recently had an experience? The most recent post I found was back in February.
