We cruised on the Triumph in April. It had been 4 years since our last cruise and our first one on the Triumph. I was apprehensive with all the talk of Carnival cutbacks. We thouroughly enjoyed our cruise. We enjoyed the food, drinks, entertainment, and service. There were not many children onboard, so I cannot speak to that concern.

Such great ideas! Initially we had them stapled on (no packing tape) and as I was transporting luggage into hotel room one of them ripped off. So, I was in a panic for a last minute remedy. I bought some tape, may also do the twist tie or rubber bands. We board in the morning, can’t wait!:cool:

Whats the best way to keep your paper luggage tags that you print from Carnival attached to your luggage?

Thanks for your response. We have never parked there before and I was planning on reserving and paying online as it states the price is less if you pre-pay.

Is it possible to park for the 2 nights prior to our cruise (as well for the length of the cruise) at the Fulton Street garage instead of paying for parking at our hotel, as it is very pricey! Their website states for cruise parking only. We will not be using our car once we check into our hotel. I sent them an e-mail over a month ago and have not received an answer.

We were seriously considering booking a cruise on the Dream, however I have read so many negative reviews regarding MDR service and temperature in staterooms that I am not willing to risk my precious vacation time. A hot stateroom can ruin a vacation and it seems it is all too common on the Dream.

Thanks for the review. We are considering the Dream in March 2016. I am curious for your opinion on how crowded the ship was and how were the lines for buffet, comedy shows, etc.

I enjoyed Sunshine - there are pro & cons on all ships. We were on repositioning cruise last year and had a great time. The food was good - enjoyed comedy shows, piano bar, etc.

We just reserved a rental car for our day in Curacao at about $50 including GPS. I just saw your message about construction and delays. We will be there on 11/4/13. Is the construction/traffic/delays still in effect. We just wanted to see some of the nicer beaches on the island for snorkeling, and taxis seemed all too expensive. Any feedback would be appreciated!
