Just booked excursion for the Escape. Salsa and Salsa in Cozumel. $50 credit didn't show up so I called them. 

They said the way they are doing it now is once we check in the $50 credit will be applied to our room. So each

port I can get $50 room credit. I am ok with that as long as it works. Stay tuned, I'll update after the cruise.

Same issues for me. Upcoming Seaside Cruise in August.

App was loaded and all info accounted for.

This weekend app started crashing, etc.

I called MSC they said they are aware and are working on it.

I have a cruise booked on Seaside in August and we got the drinks on us package. Booked thru TA

After reading the available drink choices we decided to upgrade to the Classic package. I called MSC directly, upgraded to Classic and also added the Premium Internet. No issues at all.

Also, on the MSC website it states you cannot get travel docs until you are 20 days out, I got mine emailed about an hour after the upgrades. So for me, no issues at all. I find MSC customer service perfectly fine. Wife and I have sailed on all the major cruise lines and this is our first MSC.

No complaints on anything so far.

I hopefully will remember to post a detailed Seaside Review once we return !

Last year family of 6 did Alaska round trip from Seattle. Crown Princess. We are all RCL vets and this was our first Princess. The ship is older but maintained well. Inside cabins were smaller than RCL by far. However, there was plenty to do both on board and in shore. We did Juneu, Skagaway and Ketchikan. All were great. Plenty to do in Port. Highlights were whale watching and mendenhall glacier in Juneu and the train in Skagaway. Both are not to be missed.

Plenty on wildlife seen from the ship as well. Whales everywhere! We are there in August. I'd do it again.

We are coming into Seattle airport for our June Alaska cruise. Can anyone tell me the price of the taxi from the airport to downtown? We are staying one block from the space needle and we wanted to get a estimate on how much it would cost. Also I heard about the train from the airport to downtown! Is this better then taking a taxi or will I get confused if I try this? Thanks in advance.

take the Link Light Rail. Did this last year, family of 6 ZERO issues, fast and super cheap! About 2 bucks each. Many stops in Downtown Seattle.
