    Unless there a quick answer from the support team I'll just get the Medallions at the pier in January.

    Maybe someday in the future they'll have the bugs worked out of the system. 

    We have done the same thing with are Android phone and have the same results. I have printed out all the info and will use it when we get to the port.

    No more messing with the phone or are tablet. We leave in Jan 2020 on Royal from Calif. on 7 day Mex. cruise.

    Well that is good news, if you do not want the trip to end it must be better than in March.

    Weather in Alaska has been spectacular. I haven’t put a jacket on in 7 days! This is my 8th trip and it has never been this sunny, blue skies, and hot in any of my previous trips! We have done 2 excursions- puppy camp in Skagway which we do every time as the kids LOVE it and 26 glaciers in Whittier, which was amazing!

     

    Food and service has been top notch! This is my first trip without drink package for me or soda package for kids. We are ordering what we want, when we want it, and so far haven’t come close to paying what we would have paid for the packages! More on that when I review on my return!

    We also where on the March trip and I agree with you that it was NOT a very good trip. I see by your other comments that things have NOT changed very much. When you do get back from your cruise I would like to see your overall comments for the Royal.

    So far we have not been back to Princess and are trying NCL and MSC.

    Looks like your having a great time on your cruise. Has anyone been to the IC and been able to get a LARGE specialty coffee. We where on the trip on March 30 and at that time they where out of any LARGE cups just wanted to know if they had fixed this.

  5. Carnival Cruise Lines covers a lot of cruise names under its banner like Princess, Carnival, Holland, Costa, etc. Do any of them have reciprocal loyalty points programs so that if you're a certain level on one line, they'll match it with another?

     

    This may be off the line about what you asked about Carnival Cruise Lines but MSC does have a STATUS MATCH. Check it out may be of some help.

  6. According to MSC File formats accepted are .jpg, .doc, .docx and .pdf

     

     

    Well I just made out a jpeg file and then went to my mail and there it was. Never sent the jpeg so I'm not sure what they are doing. Maybe the are looking at the C.C. posts.

    I see others had used different emails but I used the same one and it only took 10 weeks to get my wife back.

    I hope when I book I will not have this trouble and take this much time to do something. The only reason I started this was for the status match from the other cruise lines.

  7. Got mine in a couple of days, didn't get my wife's. Sent my wife's again and didn't hear anything. Called MSC and they said they didn't have anything for her so I sent it again and she received an email in less than a week. I may have sent her proof from Celebrity in the wrong format. This time I made sure it was a jpeg. Bob

  8. I was able to get it back in 3 weeks but have not seen the one for my wife. I have called three times and sent it in two times and still nothing.

    You need to call again and find someone that can do some thing, If you get someone that can help post it on CC

  9. Does anyone know if the Game King Video Poker machines on the Sunshine have keno? TIA

     

    Most all Game King video poker machine that I have played do have keno. You may have to move the tape at lower left of the machine to get to it. They have 21 also but I think you have to play 50 cents on them. Just play around with machine.

  10. Carnival Corporation's website states under Shareholder Benefit that "anyone traveling under a reduced rate or complimentary rate are excluded from the benefit".

    With all of the constant sales on the Carnival website, how does anyone ever qualify to receive the Shareholder Benefit? People post all of the time that they receive the benefit and I don't understand how this can be with all of the Carnival sales on the website.

    Maybe John Herald could reply? I don't have facebook so it would be nice to hear from him here on this board?

    We put in for our benefit on all the cruises we take and have been able to receive them. Put in for them and let Carnival check and see if you are able to get them.
