I've never had a problem adding to an existing reservation once on board. Go to the closest specialty restaurant once you embark and they should be able to take care of everything.

My favorite dish on Explorer was at Chops, an appetizer salad with fried goat cheese and either pear or apple slices. I don't eat steak, so next time I think I might order another one as an entree too!
That appetizer is to die for! It’s not something you’d see in a land restaurant. Please, order it. You’ll be glad you did!

Bonaire is where you want to snorkel. If you can get on Woodwind, they are by far the best. Did their four hour excursion last week, they are second to none!

I'm making a prediction that it will be On Your Feet, the story of Gloria and Emilio Estevan. It just closed on Broadway this month, it appeals to a Miami vibe and its mostly family friendly. I say it on Broadway in April and absolutely LOVED it!

It is what it is. For me, along with 2 Advil, it's hangover prevention.

I am leaning towards the Condado Plaza Hilton at this point. I'll enjoy my water view once onboard Adventure, I need convenience and comfort pre-cruise!

We will need a hotel for 2 nights prior to our sailing on RCCL's Adventure of the Seas. I have plenty of Hilton Honors points and have narrowed the choices to the Caribe Hilton or the Condado Plaza. Any thoughts or recommendations? It's just DH and me. We want decent accommodations, near water and good restaurants.

Honestly, the worst cabin steward that we ever had was when we had a Grand Suite! She was rude, inefficient and never did what we requested the first time. She got nothing besides the prepaid gratuity from us. You would think that they would assign more seasoned staff to the suites, but I don't think it's happening.

I was on Allure first week of December. Headliner was a make acappella group, the Edge Effect. They were very good!

I had a Brandy Alexander on Allure at the Schooner Bar last week. No ice cream, but it was a mighty fine drink (or should I call it "general anesthesia")?

I was at Giovanni's on Allure the week of 12/4 sailing. Food exceeded my expectations. I had the shrimp entree and DH the filet mignon. We split an order of the pasta of the day which was Ametricana when we were there). Desserts were good, too. Well worth the price of admission.

Emerald Beach has very little in the way of beach activities. I was there last week. There were a couple of jet skis and I think they had paddle boards for rent but I didn't see anyone use them. It's a nice beach for chilling out. I did have an annoying experience with one of the staff. We wanted to rent a couple of chairs ($7.00 each)in the shade and one guy refused to move them into the shade, in spite of my husband using a cane. Another staff person was able to help but I was initially very irritated.

Stupidest idea by RCCL I've ever heard. Loyalty means they reward US, not vice versa when we reward them by paying.

I'll be on the ship with you! Staying at Marriott Renaissance tomorrow night. Also flying in on SW. We have a balcony room on deck 7. Cannot wait!

The cabin steward would take your nightgown and drape it over the bed in the shape of a woman.
How about when we would get a booklet/directory with the names and places of residence of all of the passengers?

Thinking of getting the card. Can it be used in the MDR or other restaurants? I'd love to finish dinner with cappuccino or expresso v

I see that on Harmony there is a "regular" aka carte menu, as opposed to the tasting menu. We will be on Allure in early December and wondering if the spa carte menu is available on that ship as well.

Does this promo apply to those booked on Ocean View Balconies as well? We're on Allure in December in a D2.

Is the BOGO only available on Anthem? We are sailing on Allure in December and I'd love to take advantage of this promotion b

The spa closes at 10 each night. Earlier, I think on night before debarkation. OP should consider a spa balcony, which includes unlimited access for all occupants . Really nice rooms in a great location on deck 14 forward. A quick flight of stairs and you're there! Also great to take showers and change. Lots of room in locker room areas.

Just off the BA this morning. Ate in Manhattan MDR three times. If I were to describe it in one word, that word would be "chaotic." All three nights we were presented with other passengers' food. No refill on water, no hospitality whatsoever and the noise level was worse than a college dining hall. Looks like staff were new, they were running around all over the place. We actually are at LeBistro last night even though we had maxed out our Specialty Dining Plan, and we paid ala carte rather than have another bad MDR experience.

Just off the Breakaway this morning. We has a spa balcony room. We used the spa every single day. I actually fell asleep for almost an hour on the heated lounge chairs yesterday afternoon, and I am a serious insomniac!

Promenade Cabins on Voyager Class
in Royal Caribbean International

Trying to decide on a deck for a Promenade view room on Mariner. Looking for convenience, not near the pub and a decent view for parades and other activities. Choices are decks 6,7,8. Suggestions/ thoughts are most welcome!
