  1. I know it is still too early to know anything, but I'm interested to hear how CocoCay fared from Matthew? It seemed to be right in Matthew's line of fire.

We're on the 5-night FOS on the 30th and wondering if it's not available how the itinerary would change. My gut tells me an extra sea day, but I would be hoping for a different port. With the 5-night itinerary, it is just CocoCay and Cozumel, so I think that it would be out of range to do San Juan like FOS did this week, but maybe something like Key West or Grand Cayman?

    Hi Fletch:

Thanks for this thread, am wondering as well :) would love to go to San Juan...

    Dawn

  2. I'm definitely a morning person up by 6 to run and then stretch class :) sunrise..coffee in DL breakfast. On first day, we like to board early eat then cat nap after exploring ship some before muster and sail away... up kinda late but not too late... :) repeat!!!:D

  3. We have cruised for 15 years now and having raised five kids sometimes leaving them behind was a sane option ;) they are older now. When they are left behind we have notarized letters with all doctor, insurance, phone numbers etc typed up. Schools and Pediatrician given copies as well as caregivers. Never had had a problem!! Now the baby age 11 stays with her old siblings. Great idea!!! I may use it when we cruise alone on Oasis next month :) thanks!!!

  4. My hubby and I have D and military/ EMS discount on two separate rooms. Both war Veterans and my hubby is a paramedic. We book different cabins for discounts one of us in each and at check in we leave the kids in one so we can room together.. Not sure if that helps, not a true cancelation etc but we've never had to pay any additional after check in at the port even if me sister is the only remaining adult and she's not D...this is the case in Nov..

  5. Mine does sometimes especially if we have a lot of formal photos to take and its holiday time. We bought one a local Burlington and have different bow ties :) it's fun...but sometimes he just wears a regular tie with slacks and dress shirt :) have fun!!
