I have booked a NCL cruise on the USA website ,if I get a few extras on the booking will I get the £150 back ?

last year we booked the 10 night meraviglia out of port Canaveral and prebooked the unlimited dining.

We enjoyed it and have booked the Seashore out of port Canaveral hoping to book the unlimited dining again but its not a option in the extras

its 76 days until the cruise I'm sure i booked last years at about 150 days before

anyone any idea if it will be offered?

Our booking confirmation says $350 SWYFB but the app says $50 

If I contact chat to rectify I have no idea why I should get the $350 so maybe just try and argue the point onboard

this is not on the USA website? we have has no emails of cancellation ,the USA website gives you 3 choices to follow depending on your circumstances but its vaguely directing us to the FCC section.

I have emailed MSC  to say send us a email for cancellation purposes but have received nothing.

just hope the insurance pays out i suppose

We have read through the posts about our situation but are none the wiser?

we are a UK couple which booked a cruise(Rio  to Barcelona 20 march Seaview)

we booked on the USA website ,we were transiting through Madrid then the government advised essential travel only to Madrid.

We contacted our insurance who are saying they want proof of cancellation for our itinary(good luck getting a response from MSC at this difficult time)

We would not really be interested in the FCC but we are struggling to even find evidence the cruise is cancelled and the US website doesn't even mention it in the cancellation list

anyone any ideas?

i applied for a status match and got MSC silver from RCL Platinum 

did i get a new Voyagers club number on the email?

if i try and create a new account it brings up my previous account details?

We have a Divina cruise booked for this December with the 'all in' package.

We have standard internet included which is enough for me but my husband will definitely need unlimited internet  how can we upgrade this?

when i login to the booking it mentions the 'all in' on the invoice,but when selecting enhancements its like we have no internet or drinks?

any advice appreciated

is it just me I cant see where its states any onboard credit on a cruise unless there is none offered at the moment?

We are from the UK looking at a cruise but I noticed its about £500 cheaper on the brazil RCI website.

Any problem with booking on the brazil website £500 is good bit cheaper!

I am doing this for the coming December and emailed the resort asking the same this is what I got back

If you arrive before check in time, you may leave your items with the front desk. I would recommend packing a small bag with swimming gear so you can take advantage of the water park and beaches until your room is ready.

It might also be helpful to know that you may also have access to the resort after check out so if you are taking a late flight out, you may leave you items at the Transit Lounge while waiting for your departure flight.

Our cruise stops over night in nassau does booking one night at comfort suites give access on the first day only ?

and checkin time is 15.00hrs are they ok with trying to checkin at say 9.00am ?
