  1. From what I understand, the person who has sailed first requests their two coupons, then they are free to give it out to whoever they like. It comes with that persons name and number on it with blanks for the first-timer.

My donor filled in my info and sent me the coupon which I submitted to my TA. They, in turn, sent it on to Seabourn.

Qualification is based on you being a first-timer and their coupons not having expired from their two year limit.

The reason the donor needs to make contact likely only has to do with their selecting which future cruise they want to apply the credit to. I hope.

  2. You are right, just one is needed! So you could refer two people/couples.

You get just one OBC per cruise (read: booking number) yourself.

Just when I thought I had it figured out, you bring up an interesting point.

I assume (and you know what happens then) that each individual who sails gets a referral coupon, hence the two which are apparently available to gift away to new clients.

However, as written on the referral coupon, when redeemed, the $400 OBC is for the suite only, not per person.

  3. I don't quite understand this phrase Farscraper:

(maybe you can explain) My English is not THAT good!

Normally I would feel sorry for you, but anyone who has more than two future trips counting down does not qualify for any of my "off-board sympathy credit vouchers".

Sorry to make it confusing. Merely dry wit combined with pure envy. A harmless poke at your good fortune relative to the minor inconvenience you experienced.

  4. Note: The maximum size of your custom (signature) image is 500 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

Mind you, you may be able to shrink the file size using some graphics programs. I could try for you but I'm not sure where you get the countdowns from.

  5. For images you may have to go to the same options page but up a little higher to "Thread Display Options" and check off "show images" / signatures etc.

There may also be a forum default restriction on the size of signature which prevents too many timers, or just too large a file. Spammers would simply have a huge signature full of crap links and then make a million auto posts, if they could.
