You have to give them your CS #. They've been making the same mistake a lot. Ours was corrected once our TA let them know about the mistake.
Having a CS# is not a guarantee. I have a CS# but since the previous version of Crystal closed before my 1st cruise the New Crystal is not honoring it.

I posted this in another thread but it is also relatable here so I have reposted with some adjustments here.
To help put things into perspective I was supposed to have taken my first Crystal Cruise 10 days after the shutdown. I, like many others, was out some money. I was luckily able to get it all back thanks to AMEX platinum. Then the open booking deposit program opened up. A&K Crystal will not consider me as a returning customer, so I do not get the full advantages from the open booking program. Does not matter that I had paid in full for the cancelled cruise, does not matter that I have a Crystal Society membership number. Since I did not complete the cruise (through no fault of my own) I am not considered a returning customer. Also was told by the A&K customer service rep that I would not be considered a new customer either since I had a Crystal Society membership number. So, I do not qualify for the extended benefits for the open booking programs, and do not qualify for new customer booking incentives. So, whether the old Crystal (where I never got to cruise) or the A&K Crystal (seems to not want me as a customer) it seems predestined that I not cruise on this line. I would think that A&K Crystal would want someone like me who would not compare the two Crystals since I do not have an analytical comparison structure to follow since I never rode Crystal LLC. I hope everyone who cruises with them has safe and enjoyable trips. Maybe once they decide what my status is regarding the open booking program (since I am neither a returning customer or a new customer) I will revisit my stance regarding A&K Crystal.
Safe travels,

For the part of the muster drill where you have to go to the muster station, are there elevators available for handicapped persons. I have seen conflicting information. I am not looking forward to walking 10+ floors of stairs. I will be on Seascape in Feb 2023.

Thank you. I am on my first Regent cruise in a couple of weeks. Your info helped to close some of the questions I still was trying to figure out. I am very appreciative of the help from those on CC like yourself.

The Constellation is still scheduled to be in Key West on 26 Feb.

The April 5th on the Splendor will be my 5th attempt to have my first cruise with Regent. But Oceania has the lead with 7 cancellations.

There was no change listed on the website yesterday for my April 2021 cruise (Marina Transatlantic) but when my TA called in the price dropped by $1000 for my category of room (A1 with Single Supplement Special).

I can remember times in my life when I have deprived myself of lesiure in order to save up (hard money times). But now that I am stablized in both my life and my career I have no problems telling my co-workers that I have scheduled another cruise. When someone asks me how can I afford it I just point to the lower part of my right sleeve. (Where the Army wears it Overseas Service Stripes//aka combat stripes).
Take care,

Owners Suite on the NCL Spirit (a smaller sized ship). Got it for one person for 7 days NOLA schedule in Dec 2011 for $4800. Paying for a second person who will not be there :o But it comes with solo cruising sometimes.
Take care,
New booking(s) anyone besides me?

Fully understood about the terms and conditions. But the terms and conditions also stated that they were supposed to provide a cruise which did not happen. They also issued me the number (without the card). I figure that if I had to jump through all the hoops (3 months of time and energy) to get my money back the least either Crystal could do would be to honor the membership. I sincerely looked at placing a pre-deposit on the new Crystal but was not willing to place a $500 loan for $125 return (solo-cruiser) without more than information that was available at the time. I wish those of you who are slated to cruise on the new Crystal the best of luck and hope it meets your expectations.
