We are due to be sailing out of New York on the Epic this coming Sunday.

For various reasons (non-Covid related) we are now not going to be able to travel. I made the mistake a couple of weeks ago of pre-paying for our gratuities and some shore excursions.

I realise we lose 100% of the cruise cost, but my question is am I allowed these additional amounts back as a refund, even at this short notice?

I'm new to MSC, so can I please ask what may seem like a naive question regarding the Easy Plus drinks package?

If I buy a drink that is higher than $9, do I get charged the full price or simply the difference in price?

I ask this because on NCL I'd just be charged the difference, but I can't find the info anywhere regarding how MSC handle this.
