Has anyone else had this occur.
I contacted Celebrity and customer service unsure other than to say all previously purchases shore excursions and dining were showing that they are being refunded due to change of sailing.
Could this be related to the port changes as I am on a November 17th sailing with impending port changes?

We are sailing on the Reflection in a few weeks and are not booked in a suite. It is my understanding that you cannot book a cabana or clam shell (Labadee) in advance.
How early can be board Reflection? What time on embarkation day are the cabanas sold out?

My husband and I have been cruising once or twice a year for the last 10 years and have never bought travel/trip insurance....I know that is not recommended.
My husband is 63 and I am 52 and we are both in great health with no chronic issues. We are concerned though that we are getting older and should consider protecting ourselves. Jim's mother is also 90 years old and not in the best of health and are concerned that something might happen before our trip that would require us to stay home.
What would be the best company to obtain travel insurance with and what type of policy should we consider?

Hi All...
I did try and make that change about a month ago and was told I could not when calling the celebrity main customer service number. This time, I called the Captain's Club customer service number and no problem at all.

I just made the change with Captains Club contact at celebrity and no issues at all as long as it was the same category cabin.

I booked a November cruise (7 nights) on the Silhouette this spring and received onboard credit and the pick your perks promotion. I am interested in sailing this same week but changing to the Equinox (10 nights). Will the perks received from the onboard booking (Cruise Now) transfer to a different ship and date?

I am currently booked in a cabin that could accommodate a third person but I am past full payment date for two people in the cabin on the 123 promotion (beverage package selected for both guests). If my daughter decides she would like to also go on the cruise and share the cabin is it possible to add a third person with this promotion? Would she also have to take the beverage package and if so, what would be the extra cost OR could we just pay the extra person cost to add her and have her not do a beverage package?

Thanks all...I think my situation is different. I was told that all purchases are being refunded due to impending port changes.
I am going to make sure all refunded before I start again making all reservations after the port changes are confirmed for my November 17th sailing.
Long story short - Celebrity feels it is easier to have all previously purchased items refunded and passenger starts from scratch booking reservations after sailing change has been finalized.
