Hi,any idea what is the difference between La Spezia port and La Spezia(cinque terre) port? i was just looking at cruisett.com to see how many ships in port,they have two ports for la spezia...MSC Divina will be in the second one.

HI,our ship docks in Naples from 8,00 till 19,00.Since we have a whole day i guess going to pompeii on our own should be easy.After reading here i understand there is a tram from port to train st, and once in Pompeii the train station is close to the main entrance. still i need more details please:).where can we take the tram? a link to the train schedule,to plan when to leave and get back on time...I am sure lots of you has done it before,any info and tips is truly appreciated.

Hi,can anyone please tell me how many cruises u need to do to become a member,i tried the website to find out,no luck.when one is eligible for a card and how to get it?

In 2011 we paid $400 euros for our full day tour. I don't recall all the places we went, but we had a great day. You can get their info on their web site Sicily Life . com.

 

We also used them in 2008 & 2010, and we are using them again on our upcoming cruise.

Try Sicily Life tours. We used them in Palermo a couple years ago, as well as twice in Messina. We had a great day in Palermo with Salvatore.

We have a day in palermo too,would you please tell us what kind of tours Sicily life tours offered and how much was they charged.

Definately go to the ruins. The port itself is a cute little shopping town. There is a great internet cafe there too! :) We waited an hour after being in port and hired a taxi for 1/2 price to take us up to the ruins to explore for an hr and then headed back to the ship. It was definately worth the trip up to the ruins. We really enjoyed it.

hi,we also haven t decided how to get to olympia yet,so the taxi you hired waited for you or u took another one back,will there be taxis available at olympia to get back on time.

we always wanted to see Dubrovnik,and this was mostly why we chose this cruise,we will be on the MSC MAGNIFICA,july second.First,i think we might need visas,no?do you know how much will it cost?From what i have read till now ,the best way to get to old town (since we are a family of four)is by taxi,if the ship doesn t provide a shuttle.Once in the old town we can t miss the entrance to the wall (this is what we want to see).Correct me please if i am wrong.Thank you.
