we had a nightmare with them. we did a back to back cruise a while ago - fantasia and preziosa. when we got on the 2nd ship there was a hold on our card from the other ship. they couldn't release it so we had to use a different card!!! different ship but same company!!!! we were not happy but they did give us some credit to spend on board for the inconvenience. it took 2 weeks after we got back to drop off the cards

we were in room 12121 at easter and had no issues with noise at all even from the buffet I am sure you will be fine. the disco certainly shouldn't bother you. we are back on the magnifica for Christmas so will wander down and have a listen for you!

Just booked for Christmas on Fantasia, we know the boat as have been on it during last summer but does anyone know what special events happen during Christmas if any? We have children so are wondering if father Christmas pays a visit, Christmas trees around the boat, Christmas shows, Christmas dinner etc

we are doing an almost back to back cruise on msc in july/august with a one day break in venice in between. We would like to leave our main luggage at the port to save us lugging it around and back to our hotel. Is there left luggage at the port we can leave it?
