I received a royal up offer on 11/28 and bid for an upgrade to an Owner's Suite. I received an email on 12/10 that my offer was accepted.

I was in a Junior Suite on the 3/4/19 Empress of the Sea sailing to Cuba. I think I bid way to much at 700.00 pp.
