It never hurts to try again. Call back RC and insist on talking to a supervisor. You will have a long wait. Tell them that you would have never chosen this type of guarantee if you understood it. They can only change it through your travel agent so you will have to speak to the agent also. Good luck and enjoy your cruise!

Albergo Del Senato is my favorite. Love the rooftop bar after a long day sightseeing!

We also love Albergo Del Senato. Have stayed twice so far. Wonderful rooftop bar overlooking the Pantheon. You might even get lucky enough to have someone singing opera right in the square. Wonderful location.

Also enjoyed Residenza Argentina, less expensive - very modern, exceptionally clean rooms. Happy hour and lovely breakfast.

This summer, trying 9 Hotel. Much less expensive - traveling with children and grandchildren.

Are they open as early as 6am? Thanks. I didn’t realize I could do this. I always run up to the buffet in the early morning.

No need to run up to buffet for coffee you can have it delivered to your cabin every morning! We do this every cruise then go up for breakfast when ready.

We do tip the person who delivers the coffee. Just place the card on the door before retiring - they usually call before delivering. Perfect!

I think cruising is a fabulous way to go on vacation with family of all different ages. But, I think while planning for the cruise everyone could agree that each person or cabin could do their own thing in terms of activities and excursions. Then you could all get together at dinnertime. If it is planned beforehand no one will get their feelings hurt or feel left out - each one could opt in or out of the activities according to what they choose to do.

Just my opinion...

We need a recommendation for a reliable car service from Naples to go to a small town called Prata di Principale Ulta to visit the family town. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

Just got cabin assignment on Feb. Cruise - Silhouette Cabin 6209.We know that it is an obstructed view. Is anyone familiar with this cabin and can tell us how bad it is?!
