  1. We just disembarked the Bliss. After reading this thread, I wonder if our server at Cagney’s made a mistake. We used our latitudes voucher and were told 1 appetizer, 1 soup or salad, 1 entree, 1 sauce, 2 sides and 1 dessert. We had an excellent meal and our server was great. The 2nd voucher we used at La Cucina and it was not good at all. Food was mediocre at best and service was meh. There it was 1 app, 1 entree, 1 dessert.

  2. I have been having a heck of a hard time with the gift cards. I received $1k worth. Am currently booked on the Symphony of the Seas. I expected to be able to use them for dining packages, internet, etc. I don’t even know if I can. I sent them via email as specified. (Which I felt uncomfortable doing in the first place) It’s been two weeks and have yet to hear anything. So frustrating!

Yuck!  Makes me think of a cafeteria.  Why suggest making dining in the MDR less special?

    Dan

We have a huge selection of high end restaurants here in Miami. I don’t recall having tablecloths at any recently. Most recently we dined at the Matador Room. It absolutely is not a cafeteria.  The only place that I recall having a table with tablecloth, was Bern’s. But then again, it’s Bern’s. 😊 We haven’t been there since last year, so perhaps they have changed as well.

Like people’s personal attire, tablecloths does not affect (or cheapen) our dining experience.

  4. Did you go to the Supper Club?If so, did you like it? How about the food?

I'm an 80's kid so this Brat Pack thing is right up my alley. However, I'm pretty cheap (kinda, sorta) and don't really want to blow $70 or use one of our dining credits unless it's awesome! Especially since the menu is not very enticing.

    Thanks! Have a safe flight!

  5. I am looking at cabin 11661. Is there a way to tell if the cabin door is on the main hallway or if I would have to go all the way around to the interior hallway? There is a small red line that I think probably indicates the back side of room but it ends just at 11661.

Just an FYI. An open circle mark in the middle of a hallway indicates an interior corridor.

  6. I wish we could use the VIFP drink voucher ANY time. It already has a $9 limit so what's the difference if I use it at dinner or at the pool. That's when I want to have a drink, not at breakfast.

Absolutely agree with this! If they don't want folks to use it, why offer it in the first place.

    My other wishes:

~ Actually being able to control the A/C in our cabin. It is way too warm for me to get a comfy night's sleep especially with the thick comforter. We just got off the Getaway today and not only could I get my a/c nice & cold, but it also had a quick cool button. The room would get cold in under five minutes! Loved it!

~ Smaller Past Guest Parties. The last several parties that we've attended were all packed to the brim. Some folks were standing due to lack of seating. Getting a drink was a mission.

  7. My husband and I were on the Sunshine in June. We had booked a 1A, which was listed as as a twin and a sleep sofa. However, when we got there, we were pleased to find two twins, pushed together, along with a sleep sofa. It was room 2106. We absolutely LOVED this room! Hope this helps!

I am so happy to see this post! We booked this room and I have been googling it to get more info. Could not find one stitch of info until now. I'm glad to hear that you loved it.

Questions. Was it fairly quiet? Could you hear the waves crashing? Did you feel much motion? We have never been that low nor forward! do you happen to have any photos?

    Thanks!

  8. We were on the Breeze 8/26 sailing and we took the shuttle from the cruise ship to the square. I think it was 15 Euros round trip. Don't remember the schedule but we didn't have to wait too long to board or return back to the ship.

Is this included in the 24 hour pass or is it additional?

  9. I can share entire albums. I use Photobucket but I'm sure that you can do the same with Shutterfly. I just either post or email the link to the album. Then everyone can see the pix in that album. Saves you the time in cutting an pasting individual links.

Here's my album from Belize which I made public, so you can get an idea. I did not add captions, but you can do that as well.

Enjoying your review. Sounds like a blast!
